Spring has arrived
This week we discuss how to use the rising Yang Qi to our advance with our movement.
Rising Up
I love this time of the year as I FEEL the rising Yang Qi. It’s a reminder of how we DO connect to the seasonal Qi. We feel more energized and more social. The Live system is fueled during the Spring and we yearn to become more active. Plans, activities and outdoor excursions are welcomed. But you may need the reminder to take it easy as Spring is still regarded as late Winter.
How can I rise with the sun?
Adapting to the seasonal Qi may mean you need to begin rising earlier and taking opportunity to return to Qigong. It doesn’t need to be much but waking 15 minutes earlier to do your morning scrub and shake is a beneficial routine as Yang Qi begins to rise slowly. Also, trying not to stay up too late. The early to bed, early to rise motto is your mission this Spring.

Don’t go overboard with social outings, take time for you!
