Train for the season you’re in…
There’s a category of seasons for the chronological age you’re in.
Spring Season: 0-20yo
Summer Season: 20-40yo
Autumn Season: 40-60yo
Winter Season: 60-80+
So what does it mean to train within these seasons? You need to take a look at your balance of Yin + Yang and find the adaptation of movement and intention with your season.
Yin is the big win
Frustrated with ‘aging’? Perhaps you need to shift how you’re training and begin looking at that checklist differently to feel more energized and capable in your movement. We all want to age independently and yet many of us fear the inability to do so due to the unexpected. Training for the Yin can help you have a foundation for aging slower biologically and seeing the chronological age as simply a number.
